How Your Custom Orthoses Are Made

Once we have an accurate cast or scan, that data goes into manufacturing your orthoses to the exact specifications your podiatrist has set, based on your assessment. This isn’t a generic mould adjusted to roughly fit. Every device is built from your foot, correcting the specific biomechanical issues we’ve identified, so the finished orthotic does the job it was prescribed for rather than approximating it.

Fitting, Adjustments and Ongoing Support
