It is important that you select the correct appointment type when booking online.
Different appointments require different amounts of time, so choosing the wrong appointment type may mean your Podiatrist does not have enough time to provide the care you need.

Please don’t guess! If you are unsure which appointment is right for you, please call the clinic on 4325 0600 or send us a message via our Contact Us page and we can help you choose the correct appointment.
When booking your appointment
Please select the appointment type that best matches the reason for your visit.
In the comments section, please provide as much information as possible about why you are coming to see the Podiatrist. This helps us make sure you have been booked for the appropriate appointment type and that your Podiatrist has enough time to provide the care you need.
If the incorrect appointment type is booked and there is not enough time allocated, your Podiatrist may only be able to see you for the time that has been booked. In some circumstances, you may need to make another appointment.
A few other things to know
Our online booking system accepts appointments up to 6 hours before the appointment time. If you would like to see whether we have an appointment available within 6 hours, please call the clinic on 4325 0600.
If you need to cancel an appointment within 24 hours, please call the clinic. Online cancellations are not available within this timeframe.
Biomechanical Assessments
If you are booking a Biomechanical Assessment, please:
- Bring along the shoes you regularly wear or the shoes you are having trouble with.
- Bring any relevant scans or reports you have had within the last 2 years.
- Wear shorts, or pants that can be rolled up and stay above your knee, so your Podiatrist can assess from your knee down.
