Andrew Martin – Co-Director and Principle Podiatrist.
Andrew grew up in the country town of Gloucester, 1 hour north of Newcastle.
Gaining his Bachelor of Applied Science in Podiatry at the University of Western Sydney, Andrew then moved to the Central Coast in 2004.
He went on to work at The University of Newcastle, for 4 years as a clinical supervisor. During this time, he was training 2nd and 3rd year Podiatry students in the University’s Podiatry teaching clinic.
Since then has had over 11 years experience in both the public and private sectors.
Andrew Martin works from our East Gosford and Central Mangrove Clinics, Aged Care & Disability Facilities and private Home Visits.
While consulting in all aspects of Podiatric foot care. Which includes diabetes and high-risk foot care, routine podiatry care and biomechanical complications. Andrew has specific interests in lower limb biomechanics, foot pain and paediatrics.
Andrew frequently performs nail surgery from within his consultation rooms at East Gosford.
As a father of three, he also has a passion for Paediatrics (kids) assessment and the developing foot.
Andrew has provided Medical coverage at many fun runs and sporting events both locally and throughout greater Sydney. Including OXFAM, Bay to Bay, Lighthouse to Skillion and more recently was part of the Podiatry team for the 2019 Ultra Trail 100km run in Katoomba.
