Alison Lyons has worked for East Gosford Podiatry for the past 6 years. She completed her Bachelor of Podiatry at the University of Newcastle. She enjoys all aspects of podiatry including Biomechanical Assessment and Paediatrics.
Alison has a keen interest in treating patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis.
Through her work across aged care with East Gosford Podiatry, Alison has broad experience with geriatric specific foot conditions. She also works for Central Coast Area Health, focusing on diabetic foot assessment and high-risk foot conditions and complications.
She is passionate about focusing on comfort and wellbeing of all of her patients – through ongoing research and professional practice to meet their specific podiatric needs.
Alison has lived on the Central Coast for more than 20 years. For example, she enjoys basketball, boating and water-skiing with her family as well as afternoon walks on the beach with her little dog.
Alison Lyons is a proud Member of the Australian Podiatry Association. Which is an association who are are committed to the advancement of podiatry to improve foot health in the community. Above all the positive impact of podiatric care changes the lives of one in five Australians who suffer from foot pain.
